In Meal Register, the cook can view a Legend [1] which explains the symbols and colours used on the tablet. The Legend is accessible via the Menu [2] button in the top right corner of the screen. The Legend will be visible for 30 seconds before auto closing.
For example, when an FSM student’s Balance is in debt [3] the colour coded tab has a purple left half for FSM student [5] and a red right half for Balance overdue [4]. This will allow kitchen staff to decide whether they should serve the student(s) when they purchase items during Breaks.
NOTE: In All, Compact and Compact with photo view the colour coded tab is positioned differently from the Photo view (e.g. when an FSM student’s Balance is in debt the colour coded tab has a purple top half for FSM student [5] and a red bottom half for Balance overdue [4].)
