Allergen and Diet Type Reporting

The option to hide names on the Whiteboard based on debt limits has been updated so students are still able to choose menu items which do not breach their debt limit e.g. free packed lunch.

Whiteboard menu items filtered based on pupil debt limits

Admin users can set menu items to be displayed on the whiteboard dependent on the available balance for each student. Students will be able to select a free packed lunch when they have reached the debt limit on the system.

Admins to void meal transactions

Admin users can void meal transactions for all transaction types.

IMPORTANT: Voiding a transaction cannot be undone.

Staff App - Display the 'time on site'

The Staff App will calculate the time a member of staff has spent on site using the Check In and Check Out times recorded on the Attendance App.

System - Order approval limits

Admin users can set order spend limits to cap on how much an Area Manager user can spend on an order without approval. Large orders over the limit will need to be approved by the Admin user.

New User Interface: Cases UI Release

A new User Interface (UI) has been developed for the Cases module. The new interface keeps all the same functionality and brings improved performance and reliability.

Payments - Allergies added into Tick List reports

Tick list (year) and Tick list (Class) reports have been modified to show the allergies and/or dietary requirements under the pupil’s names so cooks do not give the wrong meal to a child.

Meal Manager/Meal Selection - 8am hard cut-off time for parent pre-selections

The Whiteboard will only show the parent pre-selections which have been selected and paid for before the 8am cut-off time. Any unconfirmed (unpaid) meal selections made by the parents after 8am are deleted from the pre-orders table and the student will need to make a meal selection during the morning register.

Meal Manager/Meal Selection - Meals Selected Report dynamically defines page orientation

When Admin users generate a Meals selected (Class) or Meals selected (Year) it will dynamically generate the report in a landscape or portrait orientation depending if 2 or more Menu Item types (e.g. Main, Dessert, Drinks) are shown.

Meal Manager/Meal Selection - Assign menus to multiple areas during creation process

Admin and Manager users can assign Menu Items, Menus and Templates to more than one area so they can use these in all the sites they manage.

The config item 'Use staff PIN code in attendance' is renamed to 'Use staff PIN code on tablet'.
