Desktop - Setup Staff contract hours in advance

If a member of staff is changing their contracted hours, the admin can make these changes in a spreadsheet, set an Applied date and import to the Staff Desktop. Additionally, the admin can make changes en masse in advance and set the Applied-on date to run on days they are going to be out of the office.

Desktop - Auto-close staff when Employment End Date Reached

Staff records will now automatically close when the employment end date is reached.

ETI probe Temperature recording - Stage 1

Cypad has teamed up with Electronic Temperature Instruments Ltd. (ETI) to provide you with a time efficient way to take and record service time temperatures. The ETI Thermapen Blue probe uses Bluetooth to pair with the Cypad Kitchen Manager App to automatically record the item temperatures for you.

Removing duplicate meals

When two tablets have been used for meal registration at the same school, and both tablets record a child as having collected and consumed their meal, this creates a duplicated consumption record. When the second tablet is synced, if there is a duplicate meal request it voids it so there is only 1 record.

Application Update - User Notification

When the desktop has been updated a New update window will open advising the Cypad application has been updated. There are two buttons at the bottom of the window What's new and Got it.

 

Kitchen Manager - Placing orders for information only

When a cook is creating an order and accidentally closes the order it is still recorded and logged as In Progress, this order can be reopened and edited using the Edit option before submitting the order.

Kitchen Manager - Staff Employee No.

A new Admin Configure item has been added to display the Employee number on the tablet staff app on the tablet underneath the staff members name so that they are aware of their payroll number.

Kitchen Manager - Apply new stock items to templates

When new stock items are added against suppliers through catalog integration, they are not added to templates. A selectable list of supplied and customised templates can now be assigned as the default for a supplier.

We have introduced a language selector in School Gateway ‘Make or View Bookings’ section of the School Gateway where parents can select Welsh as their School Gateway language preference.
