Creating a Stock Template
Stock Item Templates can be created to limit or restrict which Stock Items are available for a site to use and order.
To create a Stock Template, go to Admin > Stock Templates [1] > click Add [2]
In the Stock Template details window give the new Template a Name [3] and a Note [4] to explain what the Template is for then click the Save [5] button.

Assign a Stock Template to a Stock Item
In Admin Stock Items [1] open a Stock Item [2] and in the Templates tab [3] select the Templates [4] to assign the Stock Item to and click Save [5].
You can review which Stock Items are assigned a Template in the Stock page by Clicking on the Template button [6].
In the Template view select a Template [7] from the Menu and you will see how many Items are available [8] in the Template and explore each Item in the table.

Assign a Stock Template to a Supplier
When setting up a Supplier, or after adding a new Template, assign Suppliers to specific Templates using the selectable list of supplied and customised templates.
Go to Kitchen Manager > Admin > Suppliers [1] > Select a Supplier [2] > In Edit Supplier Details go to the Add to template [3] tab > click Template/s checkbox [4] for the supplier’s template > click Save [5].
When a template is assigned, if enabled the catalogue integration process now applies new items to the selected template.

Assign a Stock Template to a Site
Go to Sites > Site [1] > Stock Template tab [2] > click checkboxes for relevant Templates [3]
When you have applied the Templates to your Site click Save [4].
When a New Template has been assigned to a Site you will need to assigned Stock Items to the Template in the Stock page.

Assigning Stock Items to a Stock template
When a New Template has been assigned to a Site you will need to assigned Stock Items to the Template.
Go to Stock > click the Template button > select the new Template [1]
Add individual Items
Use the check boxes in the Selected column [2] to select individual Stock Items to assign to the Template.
Select All
To select all 180 Stock Items en masse and save them to the Template click the Select/UnSelect All [3] button, you can de-select Selected items before completing the action.
Click the Save [4] button to complete the action.
