Below are three ways a user can get MIS Sync log files
1) Login to MIS Sync (LIVE) Tools > Log Files
2) Login to MIS Sync (local) Tools > Log Files
3) C:\Users\**user account**\AppData\Local\ParentPay\MISSync\Logs
For number 3.
The APP DATA folder is a hidden folder. Using Windows explorer > click View > Tick Hidden Items
