To enable our technical team to investigate further, we will require you to send us the log files from MIS Sync.
There are 3 ways to get the necessary log files
1) Log into MIS Sync (LIVE) then go to Tools > Log Files
2) Log into MIS Sync (local) then go to Tools > Log Files
3) Go to C:\Users\**user account**\AppData\Local\ParentPay\MISSync\Logs
The APP DATA folder is a hidden folder. Using Windows Explorer click View then Tick Hidden Items
