How to pay for SMS Texts
Default SMS text costs are 7.5 pence per message, invoiced quarterly in arrears. You can also buy bundles in advance to reduce the per-message cost.

To purchase a bundle, please send a request to financeteamhubspot@parentpay.com with the following information:
- Text bundle required
- School name
- DFE/SEED number
- Contact name and position
- Purchase Order number (where appropriate)
The text bundle will then be credited to your account and an invoice raised for the purchase.
How to check your text balance
- Navigate to Communication > Communication History.
- From the Choose report drop-down select Text message usage report.
- Enter the date range.
- Select Search.
The amount remaining will now be displayed on the report
