How do I update meal prices and FSM allowances?

To update a meal price, you would need to follow the instructions below;

  1. Go to Attendance, Meals and Events, Settings and then Click Event Types and Prices
  2. Choose the Event Time and Event Type
  3. Click Manage Periods
  4. Enter in the new details within the Create new period section.
  5. Save

You may also need to  update the FSM period to match the new lunchtime meal price;

  1. Go to Attendance, meals and events, Settings and FSM Allowance.
  2. Within the Apply to all of allowance group 1 section enter a relevant free school meal allowance value, enter a start date and leave the end date blank.
  3. Click Dry Run, then commit the changes made.
