How to view a trips progress

The Payment progress report provides details of the payments that pupils have had made for a trip.  It details the amount paid, any refunds, and if there is an outstanding amount.

  1. Navigate to Payment items
  2. Select Trips
  3. Locate the required trip
  4. Under reports, select Payment progress

  5. The payment information for the trip will be displayed
  6. To manage the report in Excel, select Export to excel
