Payment items overview (with examples)

General overview

Schools collect payments for many different things and may need to collect these payments in different ways.

ParentPay accommodates these scenarios by providing thirteen distinct payment item types, each providing a different option for collecting payments.

Please note: If payers need to use the PayPoint service, the payment item parameters will not apply to their transaction. This may mean that they can pay more or less than the amount requested, make multiple payments against a Once only payment item, or make a payment for a limited availability item when the places/items have already been allocated.
