Unable to see Behaviours and Achievements on School Gateway

  • If the issue is only affecting one child, check that the parent has Parental Responsibility in SIMS 
  • Check if the import has been run since the Behaviours/Achievements were entered in SIMS.
    To check when the import was last run:
      1. Access desktop version of Schoolcomms via the Schoolcomms desktop icon or if hosted via the focus menu in SIMS
      2. Click on Management
      3. Click on Import Management, you will then see the date and time the last import was run.
      4. You can also run the import here by clicking on Run Import
  • Check in the Data Issues for insufficient SIMS permissions for Behaviours/Achievements.
    (The SIMS Permission required to successfully update Behaviours/Achievements is Admissions Officer).
  • Check the behaviour/achievement type which has been entered in SIMS is ticked in your Online Reporting settings
