How can a parent see all of their children on School Gateway?

For a parent to see all of their children on the same School Gateway account:

• The parent must provide all connected schools with exactly the same contact details (email & mobile).
• All attended schools are using School Gateway.
• The contact details for the parent are read from your MIS.
