Disable a bank account

To disable an existing bank account

  1. Go to Payments > Payment Settings in Schoolcomms
  2. Highlight the account you wish to edit
  3. Deselect the Enabled? tick box.
  4. Click Save and then Yes on the warning message.
  5. Payment requests currently set up with this bank account will not receive any settlements, it is important that you recreate any existing payments requests with a new bank account attached to them
