Please note: It is not possible to edit a scheduled message after it has been created.
Messaging on the web has its own dedicated scheduled folder which shows all scheduled messages regardless of date.
To schedule a message via the web version, please do the following:
- Click on Dashboard
- Click on Messaging
- In the left-hand menu click on Scheduled to be taken to a list of your current scheduled messages, remember, messages will appear in time and date order.
- Find the message you would like by scrolling down the list or using the search bar at the top of the list.
- When you have selected the message, the content will become visible in the main content field.
IMPORTANT: Only the creator of the scheduled message can cancel the scheduled message.
