What is PayPoint

PayPoint allows you to be completely cashless by allowing those people who are unable to access a School Gateway account to pay in various stores across the UK.

To create PayPoint vouchers log into Schoolcomms and click on to Payments > Select the Payment Request > Create PayPoint Voucher.

  1. Once you have selected your payment request click on Create PayPoint Voucher on the right-hand side of your screen.
  2. Select the member that you want to create a voucher for.
  3. This will load the voucher for you. If you have more than one instalment a voucher per instalment will be created for you.
  4. You can either print the voucher or email the voucher by making your selection from the right-hand side of the screen.
  5. If you choose to email the voucher, please select the recipient for your message and then add any text you wish to include in the message.
  6. When you are ready to send your email, click Send at the bottom right-hand side of the screen.


All PayPoint payments will be credited to the school by 11am the next working day.
