Add contact details for staff members

You will need to individually add the email addresses and mobile numbers manually into Schoolcomms, following the steps below.

  1. Click on School Gateway from the left-hand menu.
  2. Select the Management Tab.
  3. Click on School members.
  4. Select the member of staff, click on Add Linked Person to add the contact details for this member.
  5. Add the email address and mobile number.
  6. Choose if you want to send a confirmation email or text.
  7. Click Save
