Using the Cloud School API to complete an upload

Completing a pupil upload in ParentPay


Once notification has been received from ParentPay that the integration has been set up, a data import can be completed.

  1. Log into the ParentPay system
  2. Navigate to People > Uploads
  3. Select Import Pupil data
  4. Select Import


The data import will then begin. This process may take a few minutes however, you can navigate away from this page to carry on with other work as it will continue in the background. To check the results of the attempted import navigate to People > Uploads > Upload history

Once complete, a message will be displayed advising you of the success or failure of the upload along with a summary of the results.
