Editing Approved Staff Timesheets

Manager App

When an Admin or Manager user alters an approved timesheet record and confirms the action, the Approved column [1] will be unticked and the Approver details will be removed from the Approver column [2].

Users can edit the following details by clicking on a Timesheet [3]:

  • Worked Hours
  • Start & End Time
  • Contract Hours (Mobile staff only)
  • Non-Productive hours
  • Non-Productive Reason
  • Absence/Overtime Reason
  • Position
  • Timesheet Note

Tablet

Approved timesheet records are automatically unapproved when the timesheet records are altered in the Staff app and the tablet syncs.

Using the on-screen keyboard enter a New time value [3] and press OK [4] to save the change to the Staff Hours log.

If required add an Overtime type [5] reason and press the back button to save your changes and return to the Site timesheet where you will see the Adjusted time stamp [6] which will be marked with a Blue icon to identify the unapproved entry.

Users can edit the following:

  • Worked Hours

  • Timesheet Note

When the tablet syncs, all changes will be uploaded to the Manager app. In Staff > Timesheets the Approved column will be unticked and the Approver details will be removed from the Approver column.
