Enabling Timesheet Approval process

Go to Staff > Admin > Configure [1] > tick Timesheet hours require approval [2] to allow Admin and Manager users to approve staff timesheets.


NOTE Staff timesheet approval features are only applicable at site level

When enabled click Save [3] for the following additional filters to appear in Staff > Timesheets:

  1. Period – users can view timesheet records by day, Daily, or for a week, Weekly. When selecting Weekly, a date column will be visible to the right of the Payroll No. in the timesheet grid.
  2. Approved – users can filter timesheets records by approved status: All, Yes, No
  3. Approve Staff Hours – users can bulk approve All Hours, Contract Hours or Absence/Overtime Hours
