How to enable the timesheet approval process.
Accessing Admin
Navigate to Kitchen Manager > Admin.
Enabling Timesheet Approval
Select Configure [1] from the navigation tree and tick the Timesheet hours require approval [2] checkbox to allow Admin and Manager users to approve staff timesheets.
IMPORTANT
Staff timesheet approval features are only applicable at the site level
When enabled click Save [3] for the following additional filters to appear in Staff > Timesheets:
Timesheets
Go to Staff > Timesheets.
Period [1] users can view timesheet records by day, Daily, or for a week, Weekly. When selecting Weekly, a date column will be visible to the right of the Payroll No. in the timesheet grid.
Approved [2] users can filter timesheets records by approved status: All, Yes, No.
Approve Staff Hours [3] users can bulk approve All Hours, Contract Hours or Absence/Overtime Hours.
