How to enable the timesheet approval process.
Navigate to Kitchen Manager > Admin.
Enabling Timesheet Approval
Select Configure  from the navigation tree and tick the Timesheet hours require approval  checkbox to allow Admin and Manager users to approve staff timesheets.
Staff timesheet approval features are only applicable at the site level
When enabled click Save  for the following additional filters to appear in Staff > Timesheets:
Go to Staff > Timesheets.
Period  users can view timesheet records by day, Daily, or for a week, Weekly. When selecting Weekly, a date column will be visible to the right of the Payroll No. in the timesheet grid.
Approved  users can filter timesheets records by approved status: All, Yes, No.
Approve Staff Hours  users can bulk approve All Hours, Contract Hours or Absence/Overtime Hours.
