How to record a Meal for a visitor
| Visitors can be manually added in Schoolcomms to make meal orders however these accounts can’t be migrated across to Cypad Meal Manager. |
| It is not currently possible for schools to manually add members into Cypad Meal Manager, the only way for visitor meal orders to be recorded is for the school to add the visitor into SIMS as a member of Staff so that they are imported into Cypad. |
As a workaround add 'generic' visitor staff records in SIMS (e.g. 'Visitor 1', 'Visitor 2', etc.). These will then appear in both Schoolcomms and Cypad which will allow you to record meals against them.
