Student Reports & tick lists - List export for initial balances

The Initial Balance report makes it possible to import initial balances without having to reformat the data.

Go to Meals > Students > select a Class [1] > Reports [2] button > Initial Balance Template [3]

The report contains the following columns:

• School name
• Year
• Surname
• Forenames
• DOB
• ID
• Class
• FSM eligibility
• Type
• Initial balance
