Student Reports & tick lists - Generate Allergy and Diet Type tick lists

How to generate a Class or Year tick-list report in either a PDF or Excel format so the site can maintain the safety of students with allergies and dietary restrictions.

You can find the tick list reports in the Students Tab [1] underneath Reports [2]. Upon clicking on Reports you will be given a multitude of different options including Tick list (Year) [3] Tick list (Class) [4]. 


Upon clicking either one of the reports you will be greeted with a new window asking you to adjust the date, simply input the correct date and the format you wish to choose the exported data from.


The reports are dynamically generated in a landscape or portrait orientation depending on if 2 or more Menu Item types (e.g. Main, Dessert, Drinks) are shown.
