Selecting a Class or Year

Depending on if you require a tick list for the entire year or a specific class you can filter the student information by using the Navigation Tree.

Expanding the Years [1] sub-list will show all years present at the school, selecting one of these years will load all student records who appear within that school year.

Expanding the Class [2] sub-list will load all student records assigned to a specific class.

Generating Reports

Navigate to Payments > Students.

Click Reports [1] and select Tick List (Year) [2] or Tick List (Class) [3] depending on the required data to generate a Tick List reports as a PDF or Excel file.

Landscape/Portrait formatting

The reports are generated in a portrait orientation by default. When more than 10 menu items in total (i.e. across Main, Vegetable, Dessert, Drink) exist for the days menu, the report is generated in landscape mode. The generated report page size can be increased up to A2 Landscape to display more menu items per page.

When 10 or less menu items in total (i.e. across Main, Vegetable, Dessert, Drink) exist for the days menu, the report is generated in portrait mode.

  • Limit for Main menu items = 20
  • Limit for Vegetable menu items = 8
  • Limit for Dessert menu items = 8
  • Limit for Drink menu items = 8

NOTE

The space assigned to the branding image is dynamically defined based on the image size, up to a maximum of 200x100 pixels.


Special Type Students

Students with the Special type have SP in brackets to the right of their name.

A tick box called MReq is visible for Students with the type Special, underneath the menu items for Main. The MReq tick box is pre-ticked if the option Present - Meal Required is selected on the Whiteboard.


Students with a Student Menu

Students with an associated Student Menu exist in separate tables (i.e. table per 'Student Menu).

The menu items in the column headers correspond to the menu items on the Student Menu. Tables are grouped by Student Menu. i.e. if 2 students have the same ‘Student Menu’ they are displayed in the same table.

Allergen and Diet Type Tick Lists

  1. Navigate to Meals > Meals.
  2. Using the arrow located next to the school name, expand the School Menu [1] within the navigation bar.
  3. Expand the Classes Tab [2].
  4. Click on the Relevant Class [3].

  5. Open the Actions Menu [4].
  6. Click Tick List [5].

  7. Use the Filter By [6] section to filter the student information: 
    To view a breakdown of the chosen Class in Step 1, Click Class .
    To view a breakdown of every student Year by Year, Click Year.
  8. Use the Date Filter [7] to determine the date you require the data.
  9. Click Either PDF [8] or Excel [9] depending on your preference for viewing the data.

  10. Allergen and Dietary Details [10] will now appear under the student's name.
