Admin users will not be able to edit the Roll Numbers [1] details. The Roll numbers are set during the initial integration and the system will automatically update and calculate these numbers based on pupil data being passed through the integration.
The Target fields are for Admin users to manually edit as follows:
- The Target meals/day [2] field for number of meals expected/estimated
- The Target food cost/meal [3] field what the kitchen is expected to spend per meal per student
- The Target staff cost/meal [4] field for the labor cost per meal.
Click Save [5] when done.
