Orders - Order re-open for Delivery

After an order status is changed to Delivered, Admin users can re-open deliveries so that cooks can add new items to the delivery without contacting Cypad Support.

How to re-open an order for Delivery.

Accessing Orders

Navigate to Kitchen Manager > Orders.

Select the relevant Order [1] from the list and select change to Delivery in Progress [2].reopen.png

The Kitchen will need to sync their tablet for the order to be shown a open.
