On the Admin Case Type Categories page you can now find the Add [1] button and Export [2] button at the top left of the screen.
When the Add button is clicked the Add Case Type Category window opens in the middle of the screen where you can enter a Description [3] and set a Case Type [4]. If there are no Case Types available for selection a Warning message [5] will be displayed.
When the Export button is clicked an Excel spreadsheet is automatically downloaded to your computer.
New UI

NOTE Fields marked with a Red star must be filled in otherwise the new case type category won't be saved.
