Accessing Stock
Navigate to Kitchen Manager > Stock.
Stock View Filter
In these examples, the user has selected the Events [1] Template and targeted the Bakery Super Category [2]. To view Stock Items that have been selected or un-selected use the Primary Filter [3] and use the Secondary Filter [4] to view Stock Items that have been discontinued.
When using the filters that have been set, the Counter [5] for each Stock Item will change to reflect how many Stock Items are visible in the Table.
Show All
When both the Primary Filter [1] and Secondary Filter [2] are set to Show All you will be able to see all the Selected/un-selected [3] Stock Items that have been Discontinued [4] in each Super Category.
Show All & Hide Discontinued
When the Primary Filter [1] is set to Show All and the Secondary Filter [2] is set to Hide Discontinued, you will be able to see all the Selected/un-selected [3] and only the stock Items that have been Discontinued [4] in each Super Category.
Show All & Show Discontinued
When the Primary Filter [1] is set to Show All and the Secondary Filter [2] is set to Show Discontinued, you will be able to see all the Selected/un-selected [3] Stock Items that have been Discontinued [4] in each Super Category.
Hide Unselected & Show All
When the Primary Filter [1] is set to Hide Unselected and the Secondary Filter [2] is set to Show All, you will be able to see all the Un-selected [3] Stock Items that are both Discontinued [4] and Available for selection in each Super Category.
Hide Unselected & Hide Discontinued
When the Primary Filter [1] is set to Hide Unselected and the Secondary Filter [2] is set to Hide Discontinued, you will be able to see all the Selected [3] Stock Items that are not Discontinued [4] in each Super Category.
Hide Unselected & Show Discontinued
When the Primary Filter [1] is set to Hide Unselected and the Secondary Filter [2] is set to Show Discontinued, you will not get any search results as you cannot have selected Stock Items that are discontinued.
