Parent Account
Access to Parent Account Credit is now a clickable link at the top of the parents home page, the Parent Account credit available link can be found above the shopping basket. This will only be visible if the parent has credit in their account.
Bank Transfer receipts
Parents can now view the payment receipt of their most recent transaction in the Payment successful alert by clicking the View receipt link. The payment receipt will include the following text:

“Payment will be deducted from your bank by Direct debit within 3 working days*
Your total spend for each day is collected as a single payment.
*For new Direct Debit mandates, funds may take up to 6 working days to be deducted from your bank.” |
