Text Messages (SMS Text Credits) are now available to buy in bundles. If you wish make a purchase, please send your order to accounts@parentpay.com indicating the number of prepaid texts you require from the list below. The text bundle will then be credited to your account and an invoice raised for the purchase.

To check your text message balance from your ParentPay site, please follow the instructions below :-

Communication > History > Choose report > select SMS usage statement

Start date of (From) > End date (Today’s date) > Search
