How do I schedule a message via the desktop?


It is not possible to edit a Scheduled Message after it has been created!

The date range in Sent Items needs to cover the date the message was created, rather than the date is scheduled to be sent. Scheduled messages will always show at the top of the list, even if you do have to extend the date range, you won’t need to scroll through the list of messages to find them.

To schedule a message via the desktop version, please do the following:

  1. Click on Dashboard
  2. Click on Messaging
  3. Click on Compose a message
  4. Select either Text or Email
  5. Add the recipients and compose the message
  6. Click on Send Later
  7. Input the Date and Time required
  8. Click on Confirm.


Only the creator of the scheduled message can cancel the scheduled message.
