What names are imported via the Arbor MIS?

When completing an import from Arbor MIS (via the API) the following prioritisation rules are applied for each person type uploaded:

PupilRecord

• FirstName = KnownAsFirstName, Forename
• LastName = KnownAsLastName, Surname

StaffRecord

• FirstName = Forename
• LastName = Surname

i.e.

Name in ParentPay after import = [Use this field if populated], [Use this field as the fallback option]
