When completing an import from the Teacher Centre MIS (via the API) the following prioritisation rules are applied for each person type uploaded:
PupilRecord
- FirstName = KnownAsFirstName, Forename
- LastName = KnownAsLastName, Surname
StaffRecord
- FirstName = Forename
- LastName = Surname
i.e.
Name in ParentPay after import = [Use this field if populated], [Use this field as the fallback option]
