It is possible that Schoolcomms is still being traced which is preventing the installation to complete successfully.
Please complete the following steps:
- go to our website https://schoolcomms.com/clean-up/
- select click here to download the clean-up utility
- select to open the file
- once the trouble-shooter window is open, click ‘Next’
- select Uninstalling
- search for and select Schoolcomms from the list of programs presented
- click Next
- click Yes, try uninstall
- once the troubleshooting has completed click Close
All elements of the previous Schoolcomms installation will now be successfully uninstalled, you will now need to reinstall the latest version of Schoolcomms.
