Experiencing issues updating to the latest version of Schoolcomms

 It is possible that Schoolcomms is still being traced which is preventing the installation to complete successfully.
Please complete the following steps:

  • go to our website https://schoolcomms.com/clean-up/
  • select click here to download the clean-up utility
  • select to open the file
  • once the trouble-shooter window is open, click ‘Next’
  • select Uninstalling
  • search for and select Schoolcomms from the list of programs presented
  • click Next
  • click Yes, try uninstall
  • once the troubleshooting has completed click Close

All elements of the previous Schoolcomms installation will now be successfully uninstalled, you will now need to reinstall the latest version of Schoolcomms.
