To remove inactive MIS groups you will need to ensure that they are marked as inactive in SIMS and your import settings are set to only import Active groups.
To check your import settings please go to the desktop version of Schoolcomms:
- Click on Management
- Import Management
- Edit settings
- You will then be able to check what setting has been ticked and can amend as required.
- If you have amended the setting, click on Save then run an import in Schoolcomms.
This should then remove the Inactive Groups
Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove the old intake groups from Schoolcomms, as they contain members that are still active at your school. When the group is reduced to 0 members, the group will automatically be removed from Schoolcomms.
