The import can fail when trying to import Medical Conditions when the Info. Received date has not been populated when entering one or more new medical conditions in SIMS.
Since the latest SIMS Upgrade, this field is no longer mandatory in SIMS and can cause this area of the Schoolcomms import to fail.
