If you have accidentally deleted messages from your inbox or sent items folder, these can be retrieved for the following time frames:
Inbox
Messages can be restored from a particular date onwards (i.e. if you have accidentally deleted a message from two days ago, all messages from that date would be restored, then you would delete those that you no longer require).
Sent items
- If you have deleted the messages from today, we can restore these for any date range
- If you have deleted the messages before today, we can only restore messages from the past 3 months (as any older messages are permanently deleted from the database overnight).
