What do I need to do once my school has been added to the Wonde portal?

If your school already uses Wonde to synchronise other applications, simply log in to your Wonde School portal (wonde.com/login) and ‘approve’ the Schoolcomms connection. Note: if Wonde currently integrates with SIMS, Wonde will need to re-sync with your new MIS.

If your school doesn’t use Wonde, they will email you inviting you to activate your Wonde portal account.

Once you've activated your Wonde portal account an onscreen hint will appear, please follow this.

  • Book an appointment with Wonde’s implementation team to integrate with your MIS.
  • Inform Wonde of your new MIS e.g Arbor
  • In future if you need to log in to your Wonde portal you can do so by heading to wonde.com/login.

The Wonde set up process usually takes 3 - 5 working days to complete, however this does vary on a school-by-school basis dependent on how long the data audit takes to be completed and whether you are already using Wonde.
