Can the Bank Transfer payment option be disabled?

The Bank Transfer payment option can be disabled for either the whole school or an individual parent/carer.

To enable us to disable the Bank Transfer payment option for the whole school we would need the request on an email to: support@schoolcomms.com 

To disable the Bank Transfer payment option for an individual parent/carer we would also need the request on an email and confirmation of the parent's email address.

Once we have received the request we will action this as soon as possible and will confirm once this has been completed.

When parents next access their account via the website (www.schoolgateway.com) or app to make payments they will only be given the option to pay via the card method.
