The School Gateway Exceptions report will show any contacts that are currently unable to register for a School Gateway account and why. For example, this may be due to not having a valid email address or mobile number, or being registered at another school using different contact details.
You can access the School Gateway Exceptions report by going to:
- Dashboard
- Management Reports
- School Gateway
- School Gateway Exceptions
- Filter as required
You can use the Registered Users Report to review and identify any gaps in data currently imported into Schoolcomms.
The report provides you with an overview for each contact being imported including email addresses and mobile numbers, you can also see if Parental Responsibility is ticked which is necessary for some School Gateway functionality, such as lunch money balances, club balances, providing consent, etc.
