Schoolcomms multi-users can unlock Schoolcomms user accounts, reset passwords and memorable data.
Via the Desktop version of Schoolcomms:
If you need to reset the memorable data or password or unlock a user or edit their details this would be actioned in Schoolcomms via Manage Users, click on the user then click on edit and edit as required.
Via the Web version of Schoolcomms:
Or if accessing via the web version of Schoolcomms through the Dashboard and User Accounts and edit as required.
