Import of mobile numbers

A change has been implemented to allow mobile number to be correctly imported from the customers Management Information Systems (MIS).  This will fix the reported failed text message issue. 

Communication History

The Message exception reports has now been improved to show messages failed or no available channels such as no mobile or email address.  Previously an error message was displayed when managers viewed email messages sent to parents via the View recipients and messages option in Communication history.
