What Cypad Meals Analysis reports are available?

To view and export an analysis report go to Meals > Analysis > set the Period [1] and Date [2] > set the Type [3] > click Export [4].

   • Meal Numbers and Income Report: Filter the report by Breakfast, Break, or Lunch
     Filters:
     • Period = Daily/Weekly/Date Range
     • Session = All/Lunch/Break/Breakfast
   • Meal Numbers by Day: Shows taken meals by the day over the selected period - split by 'Paid' and 'Free' meals.
     Filters:
     • Type = All/Nursery/Student/Staff/Special/Employee discount/Other
     • Period = Weekly/Date Range
   • Meal Numbers by Year Group: Shows taken meals by year group over a selected period - split by 'Paid' and 'Free' meals.
     Filters:
     • Period = Daily/Weekly/Date Range
   • Meal Numbers by Key Stage: Shows taken meals by key stage over the selected period - split by 'Paid' and 'Free' meals.

     • Period = Daily/Weekly/Date Range
   • UIFSM by Year Group: Breakdown of UIFSM meals by year group
   • Pupil Premium Meals by Year Group: Breakdown of Pupil Premium Meals (Free School Meals) by year group
   • School Roll by Year Group: Breakdown of School Roll by year group

     • Period = Weekly
   • Selection Summary: Breakdown of pre-ordered meals by menu item vs served
     Filters:
     • Year/Class
     • Period = Daily/Weekly/Date Range
   • Pre-Order Summary by Day: Summary of UIFSM, FSM, and Paid pre-orders across multiple days by Key Stage. Customers can use the exported report to create pivots to display the data more meaningfully.
   • Meal Selection by Year Group: Breakdown of pre-ordered meals by menu item and year group vs served
   • Meal Income: Shows taken meals income over selected period - split by 'Paid' and 'Free' meals to calculate the number of meals by how much they are charged vs cost

     • Period = Weekly/Date Range
     • Menu Type = All Income/Lunch Income/Lunch Drinks/Breakfast/Break/All Drinks/Dessert
   • Meal Income by Year Group: Shows taken meals income by year group over selected period - split by 'Paid' and 'Free' meals.

   • Popular Meals by Year Group: Shows the total number of meals marked as taken by menu item over selected period.

     • Menu Item Type = All/Main/Vegetables/Dessert/Drink/Other
   • Breakfasts: Show's students and the breakfast items taken for particular days defined in date range
   • Breaks: Show's students and the break items taken for particular days defined in date range
   • Student Allergies: Show's students and their allergies, refer to Students - Reports and Allergies Analysis.
   • Student Dietary Requirements: Show's students and their dietary requirements
   • Duplicate Meals: Identify students/staff that have been marked as taking duplicate meals
