Admin users can utilise reports to find useful information around children's meal pre-orders, dietary requirements and more. The reports can be exported in Excel or PDF format to be used by the kitchen staff in scenarios where a tablet cannot be used.
You can run the reports by going to Meals > Students > Reports
The following reports are available:
Tick List (Year/Class)
Generate a tick list to use to manually mark off meals which can be ordered by year or class. The tick list shows a list of all children (including diet notes, diet types and allergies) and their pre-order selections.
Meals selected (Year/Class)
Shows a list of children ordered by year or class and their pre-order selections. You can opt to include students with no selections, show only UIFSM/FSM students and include student allergy and dietary data
Pre-selection debt
Shows a list of students that are in debt and do not have enough funds to pay for the pre-order
Meal selection report
This report shows for each student, in the week selected, the selection type of their meal by day e.g. OTOM, UT.
Meal selection summary
Shows all the menu choices and totals for each, along with the weekly meal numbers (free and paid)
Student allergies
Shows a list of all children and which allergies they have
Student dietary requirements
Shows a list of all children and which dietary requirements they have
No main choices for student with allergies
Shows a list of children with allergies that have made no main choices
Initial Balances Template
Gives an export of all children with name, class, DOB, SIMS/MIS ID and initial balance
Student with allergies or dietary requirements
Shows a list of children with both allergen and/or dietary requirements
Student Templates
Shows a list of students that are assigned to a student template and which one they are assigned to
