How to view balances and debts

In the ParentPay system you can easily view balances and debts. This is particularly useful for finding end of year balances

1. Click Communication.
   
2. Click Messages from parents.
   
3. Select the desired report from the drop-down menu.
   
4. If you want to view balances from leavers, including staff, select Include leavers
5. Click Search and the report will show below the dropdown.
6. You can further filter by Payment item after clicking search.
