If a child has multiple eligibility periods in Arbor, Schoolcomms will pick up the one that was created first regardless of the eligibility dates. To resolve this issue, temporarily delete any historic FSM periods, wait an hour, then run the import in Schoolcomms.
After the import has been run in Schoolcomms the FSM eligibility will update on Schoolcomms Dinners (this will not retrospectively amend the balance, if a pupil has been charged this can be removed in Schoolcomms via Record Charges)
For schools with Cypad the change would update on their next sync.
Cypad sync the data at the following times:
- 6am
- 11am
- 3pm
- 6pm
You can then re-add the historic dates in Arbor if required.
