New manager creation

The role type has been incorporated into the create new manager pages such that the role is now a required drop down option when creating a new manager.  This will eliminate the need for a second step to be implemented when creating new managers.

Patterns module

Controls have been introduced to warn managers when a new pattern is created for an period that already has a pattern assigned (to avoid duplication of commitment). The manager will be able to select which pattern is kept for the period.

Fixes and minor enhancements

Parent help videos

Links to a new suite of videos have been added to the parent application to guide parents and carers through common queries.  These videos contain multilingual closed captions for the top 7 most used non-English languages.

Payment Item report export

A fix has been implemented to resolve an issue with the Excel full report option showing filtered results.

GMA banner

The Group Manager Application (GMA) banner now includes the group name and organisation ID, in the same format seen on the manager application pages.

Tips module report exports

Changes have been made to the Payment progress and Overdue payment reports to ensure numeric data is exported as a number field, to assist with further analysis.

Auditing

Additional controls have been implemented to provide a comment into the audit record when a persons account has been disabled.  This will ensure it is not reactivated without the initial block being considered.

FSM/UIFSM entitlement (Report 07)

A fix has been implemented to resolve an issue introduced with the implementation of UPFSM for Welsh schools.  The report will now correctly filter for the appropriate people when the UIFSM filter option is selected.

FSM/UIFSM uptake (Report 12)

A fix has been implemented to resolve an issue introduced with the implementation of UPFSM for Welsh schools.  The report will now correctly display UFSM uptake numbers.

Arbor Uploads

A fix has been deployed to allow Arbor uploads that contain a NULL gender for people uploads.

Meal Bookings

A fix has been introduced to overcome an intermittent fault whereby bookings were not being correctly converted to meals, affecting some UFSM pupils.

Letter recipient count

A fix has been deployed to ensure the Message summary section of the letter workflow now shows the selected groups not activate accounts rather than all not activated accounts, when filtering with a specific group.
