How to set a minimum and maximum student data retention period.
Go to System > Admin > select Retention Period [1]
You can edit the number of days before the Student Anonymization takes place using the 'Student Data retention period (days) [2] field.
Once the Retention period has been set select Save [3].
IMPORTANT
Please note the minimum number you can enter is 365 and the Maximum is 5000.
