Unable to remove a pupil from a payment request

 

If you need to remove a pupil from a payment request but can't see the "X" next to their name, this is typically because the parent reached the card details screen during checkout and then backed out of the payment process.

When this happens, the session with our payment provider remains active for 24 hours, which can cause the "X" to temporarily disappear next to the pupil's name. Although no payment has been made, this active session prevents you from removing the child from the payment request.

To resolve this, simply wait 24 hours, and the "X" will reappear, allowing you to remove the pupil from the payment request.
