Unable to remove a pupil from a payment request

 

If you need to remove a pupil from a payment request that they haven't made a payment against but the x is missing, this is usually due to the parent reaching the card details screen during the checkout process but then backing out of the payment.

This causes the 'session' to remain active with our payment provider for 24 hours, which can sometimes result in the ‘X‘ being removed from next to the school members name on the payment request whilst the session is still active. Temporarily preventing you from being able to remove the child from the payment request, despite nothing being collected. 


You would need to wait 24 hours and you should then be able to remove the child from the payment request.
